In
1980 Eskridge closed the Jensen case as unfounded. There was
no physical evidence to support a claim of rape. It appeared, that Ms. Jensen
fabricated the incident to keep her boyfriend from leaving. When
Eskridge targeted Ewing as a suspect the Jensen case was revived and 6 pages of the police
report withheld.
