Kaye Jensen never attended Eskridge's
private photo showup. Instead she attended a corporeal lineup where she
twice failed to ID her "bogus" attacker. Eskridge, who was not involved in
organizing this lineup, created a new report to try to explain why Jensen failed the
lineup. In this report Eskridge writes that "the
victim had very little time to view her attacker."

On the
morning of the preliminary hearing for the Jensen case, Eskridge made sure to clinch her
ID of Ewing in the courtroom. Her testimony shows that Eskridge, within earshot of
Jensen, announced that Ewing had been charged with six rapes. And in spite of
failing the lineup, Kaye Jensen, like the others, pointed to John Ewing in the courtroom
and stated that he had violently raped her. She then participated in a civil suit
for monetary gain.
